Julie Greenman, MA, American History and Government, Ashland University; BA, John Adams College. Julie has taught humanities, writing, leadership, and American History for many years. In 2011, she started a private online school for high school students where she taught literature, history, writing, and leadership through discussions, original sources, and careful thinking. Her learner-centered approach has led her to create workshops, classes, and curricula for students, parents, and teachers. Julie has mentored mothers in homeschooling, personal development, and educational leadership. She is a wife, mother of six, grandmother of seventeen, and a former homeschooling mother of twelve years. Julie speaks Spanish fluently and hopes to continue learning Latin, French, and Italian. If she ever pursues doctoral work, she would like to explore questions concerning the doctrine of agency in John Milton’s Paradise Lost.
